This is what I have done so far. I was running Rebug 3.55.1, so I installed OFW 3.55, then installed Rebug 3.55.2, then I installed Rebug_Update_Package_0.2.pkg, then I installed Rebug Selector, then I ran Rebug Selector and changed the settings to Mode: Rebug, XMB: Retail, then I installed qa_flag.pkg, and qa_flag_reset.pkg. I ran qa_flag.pkg, it kicked me back to the XMB, then I scrolled over to Network Settings, pressed all the buttons, and nothing happens.

I think you need to restore to other os++ first, then do the QA flag steps, then restore to rebug 3.55.2.

Best way is 3.55 OFW, then Otheros++, QA Flag it, back to OFW then 3.55.2. Make sure you Install Update 0.2 and get the 1.6 Cex Dex Selector though. If your PS3 crashes after leaving applications change the settings from normal to rebug and debug, it worked for me.

yea you have to go to other0s++ install qaflag then go back to rebug 3.55.2 then you cant change it to rc and it will work im online right now if you get online add me warfrat

edit: Alright I got it working. Now I just need to find an NP environment that allows downloads (rc the store is empty, and when I go to the Rock Band In-Game store, all the content is "Currently Unavailable").

u have to install Otheros++, qa flag first then install rebug and it should work
