Yeah, everything will get deleted on the ps3 that you are data transferring towards.
If you transfer maps packs or something, they will not work on your 3.66, because they will not be activated, unless you activate them in the store, by re-downloading.

So theres no possible way to get a der rise patch on 3.66 from 3.55.
