Currently not confirmed working. I don't own a 2009+ PS3 :l but this SHOULD work

What you need:
2 4 GB Flashdrives.
1 Ps3 Controller+ Cords

First thing you need to do is plug in both USB's

USB 1: 3.66 OFW in 2nd slot
USB 2: 3.21 OFW in 1st slot

Set your console into restore mode, take out 3.21, Plug in controller.
go to system Update. You should get a notification that it is already on that frimware if you try to update via storage device.
At that screen, switch to your 3.21 USb. Quickly press O then X,
You should now be able to update to 3.21!
This SHOULD work! Really need someone to try it

you HAVE to edit files, find keys, etc.
