I'm not even sure if it will be you talking... In the past I have used similar services(prank calls are progressing with technology). And if they're anything alike this is for deaf people, The deaf person goes to the website and connects to an operator. The deaf person types a phone #, The operator is basically relaying messages. Talking to the hearing and typing the responses to the deaf person over the computer. Not saying this is the samething, but it sounds like it.
