Tried it 10 times with different firmwares ... PS3 now starts always in Recovery Mode. So system is ****ed up...
I don't know, what to do now ... Any idea?

Thanks
Maybe try this if you havent try it, ( hope you are now on fw 3,55 if not just try )
in recovery mode ( turn console on dont let go the button till youre console beeps 2 times then release the button, try again if it not gives 2 beeps, turn of again and on) put this pup File name: 3.55_DGF downgrade firmware naar 3,41.rar File size: 169.29 MB on youre usbstick ( format in fat32) in Folder PS3/UPDATE ( make a folder on the root of the usbstick call it PS3, go in that folder and make there a folder UPDATE, in this folder you put the PUP, the name of the pup must be PS3UPDAT.PUP ).
Take the option update from the recovery mode, put usb stick in right usbport.
I had a few times i get that error to, i used another usbstick and problem was gone, so if get many problems try another usbstick.
try this, hope it helps.

Now here are the steps, with the help of this post to get out of the update loop and restore mode and restore to 3.41.
Skip steps 1-5 if you already know how to get out of the update loop and into restore mode.
1. Take out your hdd from the side of your PS3.
2. Format the harddrive, somebody else who knows alot about computers did it for me so I can't really help when it comes to formatting, I just know he used some type of adapter.
3.Put the hard drive back in the PS3 an there should be just a black screen whenever you turn it on.
4. Turn your ps3 in standby mode (redlight) and hold the button until it beeps to turn on and then it should beep again to turn off.
5. Hold down the power button again until it beeps twice in a row really fast. It should then ask you to plug in your controller and push the ps button, do exactly that and you are now in restore/repair mode.
6. Now take a usb flash drive, formatted to fat32, and plug it into your computer.
7. Download this link:
You must login or register to view this content. by clicking slower download, sorry its not a direct download I'm more of a viewer noob instead of a poster.
8. While it is downloading make the folders inside of your usb drive in the root make PS3 and inside of that UPDATE
9. Once it is done downloading, open it up click the file that says 3.41 and there should be a file inside of that one named PS3UPDAT.PUP drag that into the folder in your flashdrive named UPDATE.
10. Plug the flash drive into the most right part of your ps3 and choose with your controller the option all the way at the bottom that says Update.
11. Hold select and start in and it should update note: it took me around 30 minutes at the checking... please wait so be patient.
12. After it has finished it should say something about the 3.41 update and you click it and it will update. After it has installed it should bring you back into the start up settings of the PS3.
Okay please don't dis me this took me a good while, if it didn't work for you sorry, I'm just trying to help by putting what worked for me and some other people.I'll try my best to answer questions, I'm very busy, this is just about all I know.
Here is my question: now that I'm back at the regular menu can i download the 3.55 bdb update and the the 3.55cfw bdb? And lastly, what is lv2. and lv1. they are in that download.
