ahh i didn't answer this question cause this same question has been posted and answered a million times with how-to's everywhere in the PS3 and Mw2 sections.

Since this guy ^^ is a butt head i will tell you.

You need to download official 3.55 firmware, or debug - i dunno about debug PS3's, but you then put CFW on it (don't know if you need to since debug already has install package files. not sure, i r derp :derp

So, you install a file manager or blackb0x ftp server which is located in all the hacking sections and then put the patch_mp.ff file that you've downloaded from the MW2 modified patches section to the correct location, which you should know if you've looked through the sections.

Then, you go to system settings and use Data Transfer Utility to transfer the data to your 3.66 Ps3. If you're using a patch that was made for the 1.11 update, you will need to use elitemossy's patch blocker to bypass the new update and play online. You usually won't be able to connect to many people, though.
