Now im back to the regular menu and any bdb update i try it says the data is corrupted after copying, i can't use regular updates because it will put me back in the loop :/ anybody wanna help???

Try going into recovery, and formatting again, or try restoring defaults. There is an option in recovery named repair file system or something, try that:y:
