if he using force host he won´t be able to connecto with anybody if his internet speed is not so good and btw Mossy never made 1.12 patches only 1.11

That's what I said. "Maybe your connection is not up to par to be host and you're not having anyone connect to you."
There's your problem. It's not 1.12, it's 1.11. People will NOT connect to you and you will NOT connect to them.
