should i go back to ofw 3.55 or should i just update? and how would i go back with the spoof on?
I've chaned the server thing to sp should i put it back to np?

yes if u wanna update too 3.66, u need too go on 3.55 ofw or else ur ps3 will get brick.

That's just a myth people made up, I've gone from rebug to 3.66 and it worked perfectly fine and normal afterwards.



So no, all you have to do is uninstall a spoofer if you have one on (or you won't be able to update at all since it thinks you're on 3.66) then just update.

1) Change NP Environment From Sp-Int to NP
2) Go Back To 3.55 OFW
It Should Let You Install 3.55 OFW
3) Update Your Ps3 To 3.66

Well he has rebug and the spoof comes from the rebug selector.

you need to uninstall the spoofer by going into it it should say like x to uninstall

if it doesnt let you update from the xmb install from recovery mode

I didnt install the spoof tho it cam with rebug how do i remove it?

go into rebug selector make sure my xmb is on retail and its in normal mode
then
just install 3.55
