(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i have a ps3 on 2.70 FW, however when i turn it on it turns its self off after about 20 seconds and i donot have a clue how to fix it, it also have a black screen which means its a HDD problem right? , i can access the safe mode/recovery mode and use the options but i still get black screen and its shuts down after about 20 seconds, anyone know how to fix this ?

i will try this mate but ive already tired to update not a new FW (not the one you posted) via recovery mode and it just stays on checking for update, but will give this a bash thanks, will get back to you if it works or not

make sure it in folder called PS3 in that folder make another called UPDATE and place file in this 100% it will work wait 25 mins i fix this problem all the time k

yeh mate ive updated before so had the folders right, and thanks mate Happy <3
