you cant host even if your on 3.55 you cant even go online but you can try this somebody with a lot of rep said it worked but never really worked for me good luck my foo

but YES there IS a way to downgrade its just not spoken of much as its NOT FOR NOOBS IF you have no experience in taking apart your ps3 then the answer is NO downgrade otherwise i have pointed you in the right direction :y: good luck as you will probably need it if you wish to try this,

Yes you can downgrade but not without doing Hardware Modifications to your PS3 so there is no simple downgrade that is software only.
