(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); when i put modded patch into filezilla it doesnt ask me to override it just adds it and renames it to patch_mp.ff.ff? how can i make it work please...

First You need to rename the patch to patch_mp.ff

i did name the patch (patch_mp.ff)but when i put it in filezilla it didnt ask me to override and put it in as patch_mp.ff.ff and it left the original too

check that you have under edit---->settings---->transfers---->file exist action

in the rigjht side check that. should be "ask for action"


or do it mannualy, delete and you rename the file....

You probably have file extensions set to not show.

Rename it to just patch_mp and it will most likely turn into patch_mp.ff in filezilla.

if it works properly then i should only see one patch_mp.ff correct it will delete the old one for the new?

i used efthys modded patch to do this but when i started game on 3.55 no hacks why do i have to do something to my game save data

Delete the patch_mp that's already there then replace it

Did you installed the original mw2 patch? Because if you didn´t that´s why it isn´t asking you to overwrite it
