What method did you use? Dont say hairdryer

Check your thermal paste type and how you apply it if you used a heatgun. If you used a heatgun, did u set it at 450 degrees CELCIUS at least?

You could also try the oven fix (which does work, and will give you some extra playtime as well if done correctly).
