(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey Guys
I recently bought 3.55 CFW console and for backups and to use for MW2 Patches. I realised that moving the patches on to my OFW PS3 meant data transferring the console contents, therefor deleting all my saves :( So i was wondering if I bought a 40gb HDD and put it into my OFW console then data transferred could I switch back to my old HDD without having to reformat it, so i could play my old saves?

K so I want data transfer the mw2 modified patch onto my OFW PS3 (120gb) but that means erasing all of my saves.
So I wanted to know if i bought another HDD (a cheap 40gb one) and replaced my OFW HDD with the 40gb, to do the transfer on.
letting me run lobbies and when i get bored switch it out to play my saves?
Hope that makes sense.

Spoof your CFW console, then transfer to it from the OFW console(don't worry, anything custom-firmware-related will be completely untouched). Then modify whatever you want to modify, and transfer back :bro:

i guess you could if you used the trick to not have to format
