Just Like 1337Hacker said you must Update threw Recovery Menu!!!!!
No Flaming me please just trying to Help...This will Downgrade you if QA Flag was enabled..Use with caution/im not responsible for anything happening to your ps3.Tested with Phat QA Flagged PS3..Downgraded CFW 3.55 to OFW3.01(not sure with slim), once downgraded using System Update/Via Storage Media you can update to my MFW 3.55 or any other FW...If QA Flag is Disabled it is safe to use with Slim and Phat PS3s like any normal CFW

Whats Included in my MFW
Patch LV1 Hypervisor
[/indent]- Allow mapping of any memory area
- Disabled access to all SS services(Allow Trophies)
- Enable QA in Update Manager
- Allow Extracting for all package types
- Allow deleting of all ENCDEC keys
- Allow creating/modifying/deleting of repository nodes in any LPAR
- Allow access to all regions of all storage devices
- Allow access to all System Manager services of GameOS
- OtherOS++support
Patch LV2 Kernal[/indent]
- Patch to add Peek&Poke system calls to LV2
Patch Package Installer[/indent]
- Patch to allow installation of pseudo-retail packages
- Patch to allow installation of debug packages
Patch all self/sprx to secure privacy[/indent]
- Basically Patches(stops) all communication from Sony, Qriocity, Allmusic, Intertrust, Marlin, Bitwallet, Trendmicro, Oasis, and Octopus.
Patch Application launcher[/indent]
- Patch to allow running of unsigned applications
Add new icons to XMB[/indent]
- "Install Package Files" & "app_home" icons
Patch translations: fix typos, change strings, replace languages[/indent]
- Fix a typo in the Italian localization of the sysconf plugin
Allow firmware update of console with broken blu-ray drive[/indent]

Replace Coldboot audio/video files[/indent]

Dont Flame this question i just want to be sure i do nothin wrong nd i didnt read most of the posts on this Thread!!!!!
so when i put this firmware on my 3.55 CFW ps3 would i still be able to install FTP Server etc. on it?
I just need to Data Transfer from my 3.70 ps3 to my 3.55 CFW ps3 so basicly i just need the 3.70 spoofer!! Hope any1 understood what i mean nd cn help me lol

i understand you
when you put my cfw on your ps3 it will allow ftp but it may downgrade your system to ofw 3.01 first after it does just update again threw system update which will put you on my cfw 3.55 just spoofed to 3.70(If your QA Flag is Enabled)If not than your ok and it wont downgrade..
