You can´t unless you have a ps3 on 3.55 with custom firmware or you can downgrade your ps3 but you need soldering skills and btw is wrong section but you are new so it´s ok new time post on ps3 exploits and hacks questions

data transfer

you need two ps3
1-3.55
2-3.70

download you modded patch in cfw 3.55
and transfer it to fw3.70 to play online with modded patches
