Sony lets people game share that is why you can have up to 5 activations on your PS3 incase you have more than 1 PS3 or if you are giving a family member something.

It is because you probably didn't buy the map pack. You must've downloaded it off someones account. You must buy the map pack or any game/add-on for it to show on your download list.
