The PS3 will not ask you and will prevent you from upgrading to firmware v3.70, if it has been spoofed. However, you will not be able to sign-in to the PlayStation Network (PSN) nor be able to run games requiring firmware v3.56, 3.6x, and 3.70.

There are three task files provided by RazorX: spoof_version_3.70.tcl, change_xml_files.tcl, and change_rco_files.tcl.
