This has been a feature of the REBUG firmware from the start but since there seems to be a lot of interest by users of other CFW/MFW we thought we would make an easy installer for everyone.

USAGE:

Install Disable_Cinavia_3xx.pkg

Run Disable Cinavia Installer (3.xx) from [Game] menu in XMB

PS3 will reboot

Ok, thanks for responding, And I have a JB PS3 on 3.41 but I don't have CFW on it, it's still on OFW, and I was simply asking if the .pkg would install on OFW or if I needed CFW

Can ANYONE tell me if there were problems with cinavia with 3.55? I have seen this only on 3.70 yet.

nah u don't need cfw, just install pkg :y:

Yes, PS3 Media server, and it's better and faster than using a flash drive...
