Well since you wont tell i will. The IDPS is contained in EID0. EID0 is on the console internal flash as the file eEID. You can have access to this by having an external NAND/NOR flasher.
Your target ID can be found in the sixth byte of you idps.

to change this to allow Debug/DEX mode you need to find your target id and change it to the hex dec for Debug/DEX which is 0x82.
