I am looking now for almost 2 hours, but there are so many posts, so i am confused :/

Can you please simple explain me, how to install a CFW on my PS3 Slim with OFW 3.72? Please dont link me to other posts, cause i've read them all...
Please also give me the downloadlinks.

There are no download links to give because you are not on the correct firmware, you need to be on OFW 3.55 not OFW 3.72

Step 3 : Get Yourself an E3 Flasher.

If you have read them all then you wouldn't need this thread. How can you not understand over 100 threads. You shouldn't be looking in this section if you don't even understand the simple things like following a tut.
