I had the same problem. i had to switch to 2.90 multiman and that worked for me. i added the links you will need to make multiman work.

multiman 2.90- You must login or register to view this content.
BDEMU pkg.- You must login or register to view this content.
first instal multiman, open multiman and then quit game.
next install BDEMU through pkg file
now multiman should be good to start backing up games
