Requirements: Computer Net Tools (You must login or register to view this content.) PS3 Game Save USB Drive
Instructions: 1. Install Net Tools
2. Plug in your USB drive into your PS3. Go to Saved Data Utility and go to the game save that you want to copy to your USB. Press Triangle with the game save highlighted, go to Copy and select USB Device.
3. Unplug the USB and plug it into your computer. Start Net Tools and go to Start (top left of the screen) ->File Tools -> Stenographer.
4. Click on Add Files -> Load Image Target -> Select an image on your computer to use that is an extension that the PS3 can read -> Click Open -> Next -> Add File -> Go to your USB Drive -> PS3 -> SAVEDATA -> Then whatever the file name for the game save is (i.e. BLUS30072-AUTO-) -> Double-click on the file from the game save you want to add -> Go to Add File again and repeat the process until all the files from the save that can fit on the photo are added -> Next -> Next -> Save the image file as any name you want back into the USB Drive. -> Finish.
5. Do the previous step for the remaining files. You may have to add the remaining files onto separate images depending on the size. And you may have to find a larger image to put some of the files onto.
6. Unplug your USB from your computer and plug it back onto your PS3. Go to Photo -> While USB Drive is highlighted, press Triangle and select Display All -> Copy the images that the files are on over to your PS3.
7. Go to Friends -> Press Triangle while the person you want to send the images to and press Create Message -> Go down to the Paper Clip and press X and choose one of the images -> Keep doing this until all the images are sent.
Receiver Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Go to the Images that were received and save them to your PS3. Then go to Photos -> Copy each of them to your USB Drive.
2. Unplug the USB and plug it into your computer. Start Net Tools and go to Start (top left of the screen) ->File Tools -> Steganographer.
3. Go to Extract Files -> Load Image Target -> Choose one of the images that were sent with the game save files on them -> Next -> Extract each file to your USB drive and name them what it shows that they are named -> Keep doing this with the rest of the files on the image -> Repeat this step until all the files from all the images are Extracted onto your USB.
4. Exit Net Tools and view the files on your USB. Right-click on and empty space and press New -> Folder -> Name it PS3 -> Double-click on the new folder -> Right-click and press New -> Folder -> Name it SAVEDATA.
5. Ask your friend what the file inside SAVEDATA should be called or search for it on Google (i.e. BLUS30072-AUTO-). After finding it out, Right-click and press New -> Folder -> Name it whatever the file should be called (example: BLUS30072-AUTO-).
6. Highlight all the game save files and move them to the new folder inside SAVEDATA. -> Remove your USB and plug it back into your PS3.
7. Go to Game -> Save Data Utility -> USB Device -> Highlight the game save that shows up and press Triangle -> Copy. If there is a message that comes up such as an overwrite message, just press Yes.
Just start up your game and enjoy the game save you received from your friend.
lol shit that would take forever and it requires you both to use net tools when if you both have a computer and the internet it would be far easier to use a messenger... rather then send one image at a time... then get them to put it all back together... lol.... thats pointless
no but there are easier ways to get them if you bypass the patch... look in the Call Of Duty 4 Exploit and Hacks section they have everything youll need to know
If you wanted to send them via a message on the PS3, just put the savedata folder into a .zip or .rar archive, rename the extension to .jpg, send, rename it back to .zip or .rar and there you go. Works with music and videos too--at least it has for me.
If you still wanted to do it the way this thread say to do, you might want to rename the picture to the name of the savedata folder so they don't need to ask.
