Hi guys im back with another CFW it seemed that there was a issue on a few ps3's with my last CFW and I do apologize for that but it wasnt the FW it was either a bad download or installed incorrectly. Alright lets get started.
Correct HMAC Sha-1: 0x3DBAC1BF41110C9B87EB5D8FE395892B6AC3A694
Elite CFW v4
Features
Allow mapping of HTAB with write protection
Allow ENCDEC IOCTL command 0x85
Allow access to all SS services (Needed for ps3dm-utils)
Allow access to all services of Indi Info Manager
Allow extracting for all package types
Allow enabling product mode by using Update Manager Write EPROM
Allow deleting of all ENCDEC Keys
Allow creating/modifying/deleting of repository nodes in any LPAR
Allow access to all regions of all storage devices
Disable integrity check in System Manager
Allow access to all System Manager Services of GameOS
OtherOS++ support
Patch LV2 kernal to add Peek&Poke system calls to LV2
Patch LV2 kernal to add LV1 Call system call to LV2 3.55

Hey firstly i very much appreciate your efforts making a custom firmware thats free to obtain!
anyways, I am completely new at installing cfw, and I am stuck whilst trying to install your CFW..
When i go to recovery mode, and chooses to install from storage media, it tells me the data is corrupt.
any ideas as of how to solve this? I Really would love to get my ps3 cracked.
I have 4.0 software on it already, do I have to downgrade it?

I have OFW 4.0 and can i jailbreak my ps3 4.0. Please give me a tutorial. I have jailbroken my 3.55 but then i wanted to buy a new ps3 and i threw the old one so how do i do it on 4.0 with this file. PS: I have jailbroken before.
