Still, we'd have to imagine Infinity Ward has been hard at work on the patch -- we just hope it comes up with something very special for whoever discovered and used the exploit. We'll keep you updated as we hear more, but hey, Robert, you know how to reach us ...

wow i just read this and the "anti-hacker" guy really needs to get laid lol. ( probably going to get responded by him lol well maybe). MY opinion it was fun thing i found out about like a week before it got fixed i never used it to kill i jus floated in front of people and watch them try to kill me LOL just floating infront of mounted machine guns watching other team members take turns try to kill me. It was better to play without it but just a game theory still works i appluad the hackers who hacked it. you made it more fun for people that play it FOR FUN. COD4 is a game not a lifestyle... people got to stop turning this into another world of warcraft thing . Really its because of those people we do not move on in america. but i'm glad they fixed but i would be happier to bypass it

Why not just let them hack? They'll get their IP address banned and you won't have to worry about them finding more hacks and exploits on the patches.

I have reported about a dozen UFO hackers so far and I would give anything to know if they actually do get banned or punished in some way. I think if there was some confirmation from PSN that reported / confirmed hackers are being banned they wold stop very quickly. At this point nobody really knows if reported UFO hackers are being banned or whatever. Patch or no patch, heads need to roll!
Oh.... and hackers suck, I 'm glad I registered on a "Hackers site" to tell them that.

Report all you want don’t you think they have people in this site they know exactly what is happening .The thing is if they ban all the hacker they won’t have anything to do over at Sony and activision.PS: theyll make more money worrying about cod mw 2 than a stupid little patch I bet they give that type of work to their apprentice.

I love how people that are to dumb to hex edit come in here crying. The patch is a good thing. it cant stop us. what ever they take away we will find better. Let these haters keep talking. They are just butt hurt they cant even figure out how to copy and paste. I think its real funny. just because we cant fly we still have hacks going now that work in ranked matches. its a game games have always have had cheats and codes. why would this game be any different. get a life.
