Or just call SONY up say what's the matter, then call the VICTIM (the guy who lost his money bacause of you) and tell him to give you his e-mail address, send the money back to him through PAYPAL, then tell him to call SONY up and say it's sorted and you should get unbanned, because I think there is no other way of unbanning you mate.
