Is it possible to hack trophies and put the filesaves or whatever on my PS3 and then go online and let it sync? I want to get a lot of trophies to compete with this friend of mine, but I have already beat most of these games on 360 and really don't feel like doing it all over or buying them again for that matter. Not to mention some of the games are pretty stupid to play in my opinion.

No, not at all. Microsoft made a mistake just like that, by making achievements retroactive when they were activated.

It's not possible, and never will be.
