no luck on the save but i did find this code on game faqs idk might help hah
"Enter this Code at the start of the game where it says "Saw II: Flesh & Blood" and under it "press Start" Use the D-pad for directional Input"



seeing as how i dont play this game idk what it does or what konami is but you never know it might help you get through it faster?
