You can't download things that you purchased on a 4.11 ps3. IDK why, but you can't. Unless you buy it again on the spoofer, then you can download it.

wierd cause i did it the other day on rebug 3.55 and i would install it from install packages / purchased ps3 content dunno how i did it

I dont know what you guys are talking about, but i can download dlc's fine. If you want to download what you bought(on 4.11 spoofed or not)
1.) You have to be signed in to the account that you purchased your items.
2.) Go to [Account Management] > [Transaction] (something like that, i dont really remember, because at this moment its undergoing maintance)
3.) Go to Download list and boom, there you go.

The maintance occured at 1:45PM Central Zone. Dont really know when it actually started.

download it on other ps3 then spoof
