It's the switch you are using. Try with another switch.

That randomly happens to me if I setup a DMZ on my router/modem idik why its weird.

You can't really call it a lag switch if it doesn't lag...Imagine if it didn't switch..you would have to walk around telling people you had a lag...

Lol just try other wires/different switch.
