The lowest amount you can get from a credit card is 5$. It even says it when you do not have enough money for what you're buying. There is NO way to get lower than 5$ on PSN. If you actually read it when you confirm you want to buy the item/download.

You just have money in your wallet now, its quite stupid but then when you go to buy something else you feel better not having to spend as much.
