Hey Guys. Recently I tried getting my old 3.55 PS3 online, and saw there were no detailed tutorials on how to do it, so here goes;
Items needed:
3.55 Playstation
F*ckPSN.exe
CA27.cer
dev_blind.pkg
openps3ftpsplit.pkg
Step 1:
Download the following files:
Fuck PSN and CA27 - You must login or register to view this content.
Dev_Blind and OpenFTP - You must login or register to view this content.
You must login or register to view this content.
Step 2:
Copy the PKG files to the root your USB.
You must login or register to view this content.
Step 3:
Copy these to your PS3.
*** Note: Open FTP is located under NETWORK. ***
Run Dev_Blind.pkg
Restart your console
Step 4:
Start up OpenFTP
Enter the IP it displays on screen
Username: root
password: anything
Navigate to /dev_blind/cer/
Rename CA27.cer to CA27.cer.bak (This is basically your backup)
Copy the CA27.cer file from the F*ckPSN Zip to /dev_blind/cer/
Step 5:
Go to Network --> Custom
Scroll until you find DNS
Start up Command Prompt on your computer
Type ipconfig
Enter whatever this is, into Primary DNS (You have to change it to what yours is):

Secondary DNS enter 8.8.8.8
Save these settings.
Step 6:
Run F*ckPSN, wait for it to boot up. You should see something similar to this:

And That's it! Log into your account, and your good to go. Feel free to ask any questions, and I or other users will answer them.

now it wont replace or delete CA.27 .... it wotn delete / replace or anything it says a critcal error or cannot remove file.

Uninstall the dev_blind from your PS3, and reinstall it, follow these steps again:
1.) Re-mount the dev_blind onto your ps3.
2.) Restart your PS3.
3.) Re-mount it again (the dev_blind)
4.) Open FTP
5.) Now you may search for the /dev_blind in your FileZilla

thanks it worked! but now f*ck psn is doing something weird. i click on it , it opens , something loads then it dissapears. i only have firefox , winrar and f*ckpsn up nothing else even ipconfig does the same thing so idk WHY it keeps dissapearing. got any help?

Close out everything fully, and restart your computer, make sure when you restart it nothing opens, and you only open F*CKPSN.

well i got shit that automatically pops up like itunes and ovvoo n shit. but i have logged off and back on and still fucks up

great. now how do i find that IPv4 thing? all i get is IPv6 not IPv4.... i need to find my address now i guess please help me i am getting frustrated cause its not working lol
