Yes, I know this is the same as Founder Hawk's post, but I updated a few things to fix people's problems with the errors. The Credits are at the bottom to Founder Hawk.

Hey Guys. Recently I tried getting my old 3.55 PS3 online, and saw there were no detailed tutorials on how to do it, so here goes;

Items needed:
3.55 Playstation
F*ckPSN.exe
CA27.cer
Ps3 spoofed to 9.99 (You don't need to do this to sign in, this is only for if your going to sign in and go onto mw3)
dev_blind.pkg
openps3ftpsplit.pkg
You will need the files below if you want to play mw3 online.
- Update your game data of mw3 to 1.21, and then open the game data with FTP, and replace the original files in the game data with the modded ones that are in this download. Replace included files from this patch in /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30838 (Credits go to N0DRM for cracking these)

Step 1:
Download the following files:
Dev_blind & OpenFTP: You must login or register to view this content.
Fu*k Psn & CA27.cer: You must login or register to view this content.
Spoofer To 9.99 You must login or register to view this content.
Files For Mw3 3.55 - You must login or register to view this content.

You must login or register to view this content.
Step 2:
Copy the PKG files to the root your USB.
You must login or register to view this content.

Step 3:
Copy these to your PS3.
Make sure you get your ps3 onto 9.99
*** Note: Open FTP is located under NETWORK. ***
Run Dev_Blind.pkg
Restart your console (I don't think you need to do this)

Step 4:
Start up OpenFTP
Enter the IP it displays on screen
Username: root
password: anything

Navigate to /dev_blind/cer/
or
Navigate to /dev_blind/data/cert

Rename CA27.cer to CA27.cer.bak (This is basically your backup)
Copy the CA27.cer file from the F*ckPSN Zip to /dev_blind/cer/

Step 5:
Go to Network --> Custom
Scroll until you find DNS
Start up Command Prompt on your computer
Type ipconfig
Enter whatever this is, into Primary DNS (You have to change it to what yours is):
You must login or register to view this content.
Secondary DNS enter 8.8.8.8

Save these settings.

Step 6:
Run F*ckPSN, wait for it to boot up. You should see something similar to this:
You must login or register to view this content.
You must login or register to view this content.

And That's it! Log into your account, and your good to go. Feel free to ask any questions, and I or other users will answer them.

Yes, because that is why people are getting errors, cause they aren't spoofing.

You dont need to spoof. 9.99 and most 4.xx spoofers have nothing to do with PSN access. They are not written for that. I am online and not using a spoofer.

Well I search the error code, and this is what it showed me: 8071053D - Problem connecting to PSN. Try conneting at a later time as their may be heavy congestion on the network. Check network connections for proper settings. Try rebooting system, modem and/or router and then reconnecting.

To fix this, I deleted the account and remade it.
