In the below link you can find the tutorial on how to get it setup. But do note that XMBM+ version 0.70 is required. After that you can update to MO3's XMBM+ version 0.71. If the FIX Package Browser does not show in XMBM then a PS3 reboot might be needed.

So what happened was almost every TB patch was cracked and scripted to run on and 3.55 without the dongle.
At the same time you have patches that were never made by TB. These are made by other (mostly free) developers. This homebrew application modifies your XMB to connect to pages that have ALL of these EBOOTs organised in PKG format.
Not that the bitch who posted this would know because he copied it.
