so i had on my 3.55 installed:

Kmeaw CFW

4.25 Spoofer

So i did a data transfer from my 4.25 OFW to CFW and doing so removed the XMBM+ and also "Install Package Files" hasnt returned.

So i cant install package Files now, which mean i cant remove the spoofer. Tried to re-update to Kmeaw but it says i have the latest version already /facepalm

Any help appreciated

Boot into safe mode with 3.55 ofw on your usb you will be fine!!Will remove the jailbreak.After that re install cfw

i boot into recovery with 3.55 Kmeaw, and it says the latest version 3.70 is found
not trusting that shit

but you said you had spoofed it to 4.25??
you sure you didnt accidentally updated it??

If its a spoofed console, 3.55 ofw will work 100000% guarantee !!

where are you downloading 3.55 ofw ??

it was in a collection uploaded by ClutchLikeMelo a while back
its legit as ive used it before

Download from ps3 hax database they have it.Weird problem as I myself had a spoofed ps3 to 4.25 and installed ofw same way it worked!!!

I am pretty sure data transfer does not fuck cfw up!!!

solved it, its because i had MW3 in the disc drive
did u know every ps3 game contains the lowest firmware it is supported for

what a noob i am /facepalm
