rogero have fix ur cfw wit v1 relase (v1 prevent brick)
and is really useful because u can run game required fw 4.xx without wait relase for 3.55 cfw!
about downgrade is a problem because u need dehash ur console!

Like can i go into recovery and downgrade back to 3.55 if i dont like 4.21 CFW?

Once the install is finished, you're now back on Rogero CFW3.55 v3.7 ( from here it's better to dehash again before installing any other OFW/CFW 3.55 )
