Secondary DNS- 8.8.8.8

Tutorial
1.Open CMD As Administrator
2.Type ipconfig
3.Find IPv4 Address
4.Use That IP As Your Primary DNS! Your Done

You won't get prompt to download the 4.30 update since as ur spoofed to 9.99
