ok so today i updated to rogeros 4.21 cfw and tryed to mount dev_blind and it didnt work :| after a bit of searching i have found this program which bypasses the update and allows you to sign in
EDIT: after a little thought this tut will work on any cfw with the 4.25 sen enabler installed as all it does is bypasses the update
ok so first of your going to need this download:

ok so once youve downloaded lg5tool you need to open the .rar folder and run the lg5tool.exe
You must login or register to view this content.
now press start proxy and goto your ps3
goto network settings/custom/wireless then select auto on all other than proxy and enter the ip given inside lg5tool then save settings and reboot ps3
sign in and enjoy
NOTE: lg5tool will close everytime you sign in but just restart it and press start proxy to sign back in

did you delete your old mw3 game data utility ? allso started a thread not the greatest and i will take suggestions to make it better
i am talking in general everytime i start any homebrew/game i get an error on the lg5tool and i get signed out on my ps3 :| like i said any help would be apreciated and will be added to the thread

did you put the mswinsck.ocx in sysWOW64 folder?

and i do everything from multiman games ect..

yeah i put it there but when i tried the cmd thing it didnt work

no it wouldnt work on a wired connection as this is a proxy server which bypasses the update (your not connecting straight to your router the lg5tool picks up the connectin and gives false information to the psn server when you try to connect which allows you to sign in) hope that helps you
