I was thinking and I came across an idea. The idea was a PKG for ps3 that replaces the original MW2 patch_mp.ff with a modded one of your chose. There will be a menu with all of the latest 1.11 and 1.12, 1.13 modded patches. The PKG will download it from a hosting website (Drop Box) that will host the patches and move it to where the original patch is. Of course we will have to create different PKG for different regions. Please reply and give your thoughts about this idea. This PKG will save all of the trouble of going back and forth from your computer and ps3 to change patches!

From what I know, pkg's like this are already out there, why dont you just have multiple pkg's of different patches which have different names and just install them whenever, if you're that lazy.
