Lots of ppl got banned on their account or console!
This is an tutorial how to be safe for those bans!

1. Log in to PSN (PlayStation®Network)
2. Go To Account Management
3. Go To System Activation
4. You need to select game and then hit DEACTIVATE in the menu so you're not longer activated your account to your CFW PS3

Now Sony can't see anymore on what kind of PS3's you're playing!

This is still working for me , i play +/- 3 hours a day on my CFW and im not banned yet!

What about if they banned the account already? Also how can I check if my console has been banned? I don't want to go online because I'm scared that my console would be banned then!

Contact Sony for your account and it takes only 30 seconds to deactivate
This is just a tip how to get NOT banned.. , how to unban your ps3 will be better but im still not banned yet

I honestly don't think whether or not your account is activated on your cfw ps3 makes a difference but I could be wrong.

When i created my account sony asked me to activate my account via the email link AND the ps3 systems that i was using..
For me at the time it didnt make any differents but now sony is checking on what kind of ps3 ur playing..

i've tested this night on a dummy account, i've been banned as soon as i've entered psn, i have put my NOR dump in microsd and 'ive done a restore of flash with e3, i've installed psninja pkg and retried enter psn and no ban gotten! i think that deactivate psn account may also be a good idea to don't get banned
