Official firmware 4.31 was released not too long ago and it has already been manhandled by the developers and hackers within the scene. Team Siracide has decrypted and released the PS3 DEV_Flash for firmware 4.31, while an Anonymous developer has done the same for the LV0 keys of that firmware. Not only that, the LV0 & LV2 keys from 4.25 and the LV0 keys from 4.30 have been made available as well.

Also sorry but you're mistaken, Team Siracide didn't decrypt the 4.31 Dev_Flash or do anything, they just used nathanr3269/nathan_r32_69 Aka Evilnat's PUAD GUI app & ripped/unpacked the 4.31 OFW pup DEV_Flash files&folders with a click of a button.. And uploaded & took the credit for it.... I'm surprised no-one else also caught on to them too.

Well explained, there would be many fake wannabes out there that would false claim. Just remember that reaserchin is key so that you wont confused for whon really deserve the credit i still give rep for atleast providing us with the news now we can be more temped that these guys are alredy on the work to cause another scene...

How do you know that its not just 3.55 with mods

Yes! if this is true can we add XMB mods onto any PUP including kiosk firmwares and repack it and run the installer now? Thanks for the great release!!
