So props to the original author : Djoe45

With this method, you'll be able to connect to the PSN even if you're banned/blacklisted by Sony, without the need to use another/someone else ConsoleID!

Requirements:
Charles and PS3DNS installed and configured on your computer.
If you didn't, please check all the relevant tutorials here, they're sticked, so they won't be hard to find.

Step 1:
Power on your PS3 and then start Charles on your computer to get your own ConsoleID.

You must login or register to view this content.

Step 2:
Go to the following menu : Tools -> Rewrite -> Add

You must login or register to view this content.

Ok, so now, the relevant part, we're gonna edit our ConsoleID to the following settings:

You must login or register to view this content.

    Type = Body
Where = Request (do not check Response)
Match Value = your ConsoleID (taken from picture 1)
Replace Value = empty/blank/no value, do not write anything!

And press Ok, to save your modifications.

Step 3:
Now we need to edit our hosts file to prevent Sony from updating your console.
Browse to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ (or whatever location your hosts file is).

And then edit it to add the following line at the end:
your_ip fREGION01.ps3.update.playstation.net

REGION beeing the region you're connecting to (eu, uk, us, mx, au…).
So if your ip is 192.168.0.179 and connecting to European servers, it will looks like this:
    192.168.0.179 feu01.ps3.update.playstation.net

Yep that's it, nothing more, nothing less.
Basically, what we've done wasn't to spoof our own ConsoleID to someone else's one, but to... an empty one ^^

Remember, i did nothing but to translate it (roughly) and resize the original images.
I just want to give credit where credit is due.
