(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Please visit the Rebug webpage to see what is all new in these firmwares. I will not post everything that is new to the firmware because I want Rebug's site to be visited. I will take down my links if reputable people bitch about taking traffic from Rebug's site. Note: There are already links posted on other sites so it really doesn't matter.

Main Specifications:

+ REX versions allow switching between CEX/DEX kernels for memory editing
+ PS2 support has been added
+ OOS Support has been added = Enjoy Linux on your Rebug PS3
+ Toolbox updated to 2.1.0
+ Everything else that Rebug has brought us before

Notes:

+ It is recommended that you update from 3.55 always
+ Always make sure QA Flag Toggle is enabled before proceeding to 4.XX CFWs
+ 4.30.1 is NOT a REX firmware, but it has been said that one will be created
+ Always dehash your ps3 after using the "999" downgrader

Again visit the site, they need the traffic to offset server costs and it is the least you guys can do to show your thankfulness and support.

To learn how to switch between CEX/DEX kernels follow Derektrotter's tutorial. (Note: Must be on REX version)

Cannot be installed on top of 3.56+ OFW or above!

My MEGA Links: {Chrome is required}

Note: MEGA or NGU is doing a weird thing where it adds some text to the end of the downloads. To fix it just delete "<br />" from the end of the web address. This takes away the screen asking for the decryption key.

THE DATA CORRUPTED (8002F169) ERROR FIX: (This is if you get the error when trying to use the downgrader on 4.21.2/4.30.1)

1) Make sure that QA Flag Toggle is DISABLED!
2) Go on the Rebug Toolbox app and under "Rebug Settings" make sure "System Update Debug" is turned off.
3) Install the '999' Downgrader from the Recovery Menu
4) Enable QA Flag Toggle from the Rebug toolbox, this will be 3.55.4 by the way.
5) Now install whatever firmware you want.

hello,
I tried to downgrade with the 999 downgrader, I did open Rebug toolbox turned REBUG mode on and have the CEX QA debug mode on. I do also use Debug mode and NOT Retail, then I went to Debug Settings under the network settings, and turned the System Update Debug off (it was already off) then I tried to download the 999 downgrader via Recovery Mode but is says: No applicable updata data was found.
Any1 know how to fix this?? Please help me!
