STEP 1: Find your console id You must login or register to view this content.
STEP 2: Person with cfw has to change his console id to yours
STEPS TO CHANGE ID
Within your PS3 there is a file called "auth" which stores your username, password and console id.
This is what the request file looks like:

loginid=xxxxxxxxxxxx%40yahoo.com&
password=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&
first=true&
consoleid=0000000xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx00000000 000000000000000000000000
To get your console id have Charles running with the ssl and all that stuff
"Charles" is the software you can access this data.
Sign in and on charles you will see two new files
Click on You must login or register to view this content.
Then /nav
And lastly auth
When you click auth, info should appear on the right click request and you should see your console id to copy it right click on auth and save request then open it and look for consoleid=0000000xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx00000000 000000000000000000000000
That's your console id to change it go to tools, rewrite and if you have it set up you should already see the stuff to edit the header so click on PS3 3.55 then you should see 2 boxes.
On the bottom box, click add, then where it says type make it body. make sure only request is selected. make the first value is your console id, example the first value would be consoleid=0000000123456789012345678901234500000000 000000000000000000000000
And the second on is the one you want it changed to and where it says "where" make sure request is only selected.
Example of the second value is consoleid=0000000987654321098765432109876500000000 000000000000000000000000
STEP 3:After The Console id is same as yours put whatever patchs you want like cod4 or anything and make a system backup to usb and then you can upload to rapidshare or any filehost and the other person can restore the backup to his ps3 nomatter what his firmware because the backup is based off of the console id so it will work

the reason we are groaning for is that,this is nothing but being lazy to buy a 3.55 or cfw jb whatever the hell you wanna call it to do this,i am happy to say I payed good money for mine and im happy with it,well I don't have the money for cfw jb whatever,well why the fck you have internet or why are you on this site?nothing but infection im calling this a infection,be a REAL modder and buy a CFW XD no hate just saying lol

if you think your such a real modder why dont you stop leeching off of other peoples cfw and create one to install on OFW 4.31 so sftu bitch you are not a real modder your just like the people who are doing it this way fast easy and cheaper in my opinion

ill remove the groan if you thank the post and rep and plus im not doing this for people and most people out there that are doing this for people are charging so they are not getting it free i know i would waste my time for someone if they didnt pay me in return
