I recently went to a 3.55 DEX firmware and ended up getting the whole RSOD thing and couldn't figure out a way to go back to CEX so after searching 5 hours i came across what i thought may help some other people that may come across this issue.

YOU MUST BE ON 3.55

simply download and extract and rename them to "PS3UPDAT.PUP"

this don't works all if does is keeps your ps3 in dex mode,but like on a ofw but still in dex without all the nexter stuff don't use this ppl its waste time all ready try it week ago

Okay I apologize it worked for me...

its all good ,yes it does work but your still in dex not cex,you need EID0.whatever to get back to cex that's the only way
