1. Get Console ID from OFW PS3 on 4.31

2. Put that Console ID on a JailBroken PS3

3. Have you our a friend have a extra HDD that matched to the OFW 4.31 PS3 with the console ID you used.

4. Now once you have the 4.31 OFW Console ID on the Jailbroken PS3 replace the HDD with the Extra HDD from the OFW
4.31 PS3 into the Jailbroken PS3.

5. It should have accepted the HDD without Reformatting the PS3. ( I hope like i said it is a theory ) Now add your
modded patches.

6. Now send or replace the HDD you put the modded patches on back into the OFW 4.31 and it should also accept it
without reformatting and you should have mods on a OFW 4.31 PS3.

Just a simple yes or no would be nice don't need negative feed back over a theory as i do not have a JB ps3 so i can't test.
