Respect my authoritah!!
This is a brand-new homebrew app for unbanning your DEX console. Currently, it is for 4.21 DEX firmware, and you must be running PS3ITA's DEX CFW for it to work.
You must login or register to view this content.
Application features:
-IDPS Spoofing (makes your console ID appear legitimate)
-PSID Spoofing (makes your PSID be hidden from sony)
How to use:
1. Install "DEX Unban.pkg" on your PS3.
2. Launch the DEX Unban app. It should run and exit automatically.
3. Sign in to the playstation network!
*Note: You must run the app every time you reboot your PS3.

So yes I launch Change_IDPS then I'll connect to PSN and I put it: "The access to Sony Entertainment Network has been banned or temporarily suspended for this system" ...

Yes you are on 3.55 CEX this is DEX firmware! You need to go from CEX2DEX, Choco made an easy tutorial for it. I'll find it and post it.
