Yeah sure, but they need ConsoleID's to right?

Just from a brief glance it seems you can enter your own Console ID, but it also allows for random generation of Console IDs (which is most likely a hit or miss.... mostly misses). The only advantage this has over PSIDPatch is the fact that it's stealthed...

I am trying to use this app to create my own unban pkg but I doest not work. After a create the pkg and installed it on my ps3 and run it got a error black screen. Did you know if this app generate pkg for cfw 4.30? I hope someone answer my question,and I just interested in the stealth app ,I have the regular one.
