Gamsaves:
If yours is not working feel free to use mine. Which is WORKING and WILL work with the tool.

Brief Tutorial:
- File -> Open (select BLUS30190MC4_SAV folder)
- Select a car from the right
- Edit either pages 1,2, or 3 but be sure to save changes in bottom right corner.
- After editing all your cars you like.... File -> Save
- Done!!! copy your BLUS30190MC4_SAV folder to your flashdrive + play!
Note:
- Keep ALL 4 files in the same directory to use them right
- Run MCLA.exe (that's the program) ignore the other 3 files
- It requires .net framework 4.0 so get that if you don't have it
- It does work on ALL regions.. I just gave american as an example

what happens if you hit continue? also is it from the same region?

this thing is awsome man! haha thanks if only thiere was one for gta4 but this shit is fun for online but i had a question could i put evertynig to max? or does that corrupt the save? the max is 255 for most

it depends. most of the time your car will just get all fucked up and fall under the map lol

oh lol what would i put in to get wide fat and tall tires because everytime i adjust the tires they get suppperrr thin

I defeated!
Evey time I try open the save, all the car names etc are all in weird symbols on the tool and it won't let me edit anything...
