Just tested a save and it adds all the latest codes directly into the save so happy days.

Get your save off your Ps3
On your Pc run Bruteforce then set the Pram.sfo as your template from your ps3 save,then in Profiles rename to a friendly name (Your name).
Create a folder anywhere and put your game saves into it that you want to mod or resign,then in bruteforce click path for savedata and browse to your game save folder.
Click Refresh in bruteforce so your saves show.
Click on the profile you want to resign the saves to and your set.
If you goto the far it will tell if cheats are available for that save,if they are you will need to Decrypt the save then click on the cheat tab,which will open up a menu of the listed cheats.
Select the cheats you want and selct the add,UPDATE THE PFD,ENCRYPT THE PFD AND VERIFY THE PFD.
Then right click and rebuild with current profile.
Check that your save because Bruteforce will create 2 Pram.sfo's DELETE THE ONE THAT SAYS ORIGINAL
All Done.
Copy the save to your Ps3.

Just tried again and you can only add a few cheats if the game supports cheats.
Decrypt then open cheats menu and in the bottom left edit cheats delete what you dont want and save.
Then open cheats and tick all the cheats you want and apply.
Encrypt Pfd,Verifiy Pfd and Rebuild.

I'm new at using Bruteforce since I just downloaded it and only have a basic grasp in hex editing. .I followed the instructions and it works fine for resigning. .I also use an OFW PS3. .My main question is about the application of cheats. .I also tried following the instructions as stated "decrypt, apply cheats, check, encrypt, verify, rebuild(full)" then the result is either the save gets corrupted or the game loads but no codes in work. .but my main worry for the moment is trying to make this work on SO4. .I used the codes posted by Skiller at CMP, put it in the already made savepatch file but If I try to check them and click apply it says "0 codes were applied". .I wonder what is missing or did I do something wrong. .I hope someone would be able to help lead me in the right direction. .

I need help with Patch Creator, I'm having trouble finding my own codes.

does it work with mw2 i need to decrypt then mod a save like with the blackops save editor

I have already done the process and transfer the Save Data back to my PS3 but wen i load the game and the Save Data, the game freeze. What could be the problem.

(I used my original save data for this, not a custom or modded for this.)

Edit: This is what i have done. "Decrypt the save file and apply the cheat that i want to use , the i Update the pfd > Encrypt the pfd > Verify the pfd and > Rebuild"

Well, I can do all the steps, decrypt, apply cheats, re-crypt, verify, then rebuild. It installs fine and all.

The problem is the cheats don't work. They do absolutely nothing. It just doesn't work.

I am missing something obvious? Help would be appreciated.
